What are the standard shipping time and costs?
All orders take up to two business days to be processed and shipped. Your order will typically arrive within 2-5 business days of your purchase.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated when placing an order. If your order total is less than $10.00, your shipping charges will be $4.50; if between $10.00-$49.99, $6.50; if between $50-$99.99, $8.50; if between $100-$199.99, $12.50; if more than $200, $15.50.

Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally; however, there will be an additional shipping surcharge depending on the destination. International orders will typically arrive within 10-14 days of your purchase.

Is my transaction secure?
When shopping at The Broadway Store, you can be assured that all your personal and account information is secure. We employ the latest 128-bit encryption technology in all parts of our site that require you to provide personal or account information.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Can I cancel my order once it is submitted?
All orders are final, however if you wish to make an alteration to your order or make a change to the shipping address used, please contact us by clicking here. If we have not shipped your item by the time we receive your inquiry, we will be happy to revise your order accordingly.

Are there refunds or exchanges? What about for damaged goods or if I receive the wrong size?
There are no refunds but exchanges can be made. If your products have been damaged during shipment, or if you received the wrong size of an apparel item, those products may be returned for exchange within 30 days of the sales receipt date. The return address is located on your sales receipt. We will send you a UPS mailing label so you do not have to pay for the return shipping. Upon receipt of your item, a replacement item of your product will be shipped to you immediately.

How do your sizes typically run?
The unisex t-shirts are standard t-shirt size, like Hanes. The ladies tees run smaller.

Do you have merchandise for all shows? I am having trouble finding an item.
We are constantly updating the store and adding new items to better service our customers. Please check back frequently. If you still do not see the item you are looking for, please send us an email and we will do our best to acquire the merchandise.
