What are the standard shipping time estimates and costs?
All orders take up to two business days to be processed and shipped. Your order will typically arrive within 7-10 business days of your purchase. Note: typical shipping timeframes may be increased due to the current state of shipping. Please be aware of potential delays from our shipping partners.

All orders are final, however if you wish to make an alteration to your order or make a change to the shipping address used, please contact us by filling out the Broadway Store Contact Us form. If we have not shipped your item by the time we receive your inquiry, we will be happy to revise your order accordingly.
Do you process refunds or exchanges? What about for damaged goods or if I receive the wrong size?
Returns are not accepted except in case of damage or a shipping error. If your products have been damaged during shipment, or if you received the wrong size of an apparel item, those products may be returned for exchange within 30 days of the sales receipt date. The return address is located on your sales receipt. Upon receipt of your item, a replacement item of your product will be shipped to you immediately. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for sheet music. All sheet music sales are final.
What are vocal selections?
Vocal selections are books of sheet music for pianos. Vocal selections are NOT CDs. If you are looking for CDs of your favorite shows, you should be ordering the cast recording.
How do your sizes typically run?
The unisex t-shirts are standard t-shirt size, like Hanes. The ladies tees tend to run smaller.
Do you have merchandise for all shows? I am having trouble finding an item.
